About the Sri Lanka Arrival Card

The Sri Lanka Arrival Card is an electronic entry document. It’s a mandatory requirement for anyone entering the country from overseas.

You must complete the Arrival Card application and receive the approved document in advance of travel. It’s not possible to obtain the entry card on arrival in Sri Lanka.

Note: It’s important to understand that the Arrival Card is not the same as a visa or electronic travel authorization (eTA). These documents are visa requirements, which depend on a traveler’s nationality.
